This service is available on a prearranged basis only. To upgrade your support contract, please contact our team and request an out of hours contract to be sent to you.
Our out of hours support will be 1.5x of our agreed onsite rate and includes all work done outside of Cube Technology normal office hours.
All calls will be subject to a minimum charge of one hour, with when required travel time and costs being billable to and from the engineers home.
Please ensure that all staff calling us outside of our normal hours are aware of these rates.
